Lewis has over 20 years experience across a range of manufacturing companies in NZ and the UK working in Electronics, Healthcare, FMCG and Building Products.
He is one of Supreme’s Metallurgists holding a NZCE (Metallurgy). He also holds a Diploma in Industrial Production.
He is responsible for co-ordinating Supreme’s Technical resources to develop solutions to customers’ needs and growing the capabilities of the business.
Geir has been with Supreme since 1990, at first as Production Manager and now as Business Development Manager. Geir has a wealth of knowledge in investment casting, machining and fabrication conversion.
He has also worked in several businesses as production manager. Geir has the ability to quickly understand the customer's operation and offer the best solution for the particular component application.
Geir is from Norway, has travelled extensively and has a good understanding of various industry sectors including Mining, Oil Field Services and Defence.
Shaun is a financial professional with over 20 years’ experience in mid-sized companies manufacturing industrial and consumer products for distribution in domestic and export markets.
Shaun is responsible for the finance function of the company.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Diploma in Computer Science and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Hector has over 35 years’ experience in metallurgical industry, mainly in casting (Investment, Sand & Centrifugal castings), steel manufacture, fabrication, heat treatment and welding.
He has been with Supreme since 2009. Presently he is the “Works Metallurgist.” The main role is to provide Metallurgical advice to internal customers and to understand customer requirements for new and existing products and helps convert them to reality. Also to help business development team by evaluating customer specifications and requirements – with respect to material/material selection, testing, heat treatment, and metallurgical analysis. He is also involved in project management and providing metallurgical support to customers.
He is one of Supreme's Metallurgists, with a Bachelors of Engineering Degree in Metallurgy from “National Institute of Technology- Mangalore, India” and also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. He has extensive knowledge of Casting, Material selection and application, Heat Treatment and Welding.
Marcus has over 16 years experience in mechanical design and development, and has been responsible for a range of projects in high volume manufacturing to patented technology prototyping in NZ and the UK.
Marcus brings over 13 years of 3D CAD design experience to the team. Liaises with customers, toolmakers and production staff throughout the product rollout to ensure customer specification is met.
Graduating from Canterbury University in 1996 he holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with honours.
My role at Supreme is to champion our customers product through the manufacturing process. Through a close network of long term suppliers we can add significant value to the casting process, such as reverse engineering, machining, welding or heat treatment. My motto is “Designing with unlimited freedom is very satisfying. ”
Jaison has been with Supreme since 2010 and is responsible for production planning, shop floor management, quality assurance, logistics management, health and safety and coordinating with customers.
He has over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and production line development involving moulded, fabricated and cast products, product development from conception to final production as well as marketing and customer relations, gained in various roles in New Zealand and India.
He holds a Diploma in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering.
